Old pin numbers continue to be accepted in Wi-Q readers after they have been changed in System Administration.

Answer

Work-A-Round: When changing the pin number in B.A.S.I.S, also change the badge status from ‘Active’ to ‘Lost’ and click on the ‘OK’ button. Wait for the “Updated Credential Parameters” transaction to appear in Alarm Monitoring for the associated Wi-Q readers and modify the badge again to update the badge status back to ‘Active’.
